What’s Cooking?

What is Cooking?

Sunday supper was yummy!   Full of laughs, holiday stories and fun!  The menu was: Shoulder roast of pork cooked slow in the crock pot with BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and kernel corn, iced sweet tea.  The movie choice was “Horton Hears a Who”.   An enjoyable movie for both adults and children.  Everyone piled up in the TV room – to watch the movie then went on home or in Caitlin’s case-  it was bath time and back into school night routine.

Tonight’s supper is an old favorite – spaghetti and meatballs in tomato sauce.  BUT …   Supper is on hold while we try to find Caitlin’s hampster Demon who walked off while out to play – hopefully we will find him before the pussy cats do!

Demon the Hampster is safely back in his cage – Thank God!!  The tears have been wiped and supper is on the table! Time to go Eat!
