New Recipe: Apricot Baked Chicken

Apricot Baked Chicken

1 Whole Chicken, cut into 8 pieces

1 (18-ounce) jar apricot preserves

1 (16-ounce) bottle of Catina Frenh dressing

1 (1-ounce) package onion soup mix

Pre heat the oven 350 degrees F

Place chicken pieces on a foiled-lined pan

In a small bowl mix the preserves, dressing and soup mix – nlend well

Pour the mixture over the chicken

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is done

This meal can be served with a side of potato salad, and steamed green beans.
