To celebrate our new eggs being laid:
Blender Egg Cloud
Easy fast Yummy!
1 (8-ounce) package grated cheddar cheese divided in half
10 slices of bread, crust removed
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F
In the blender place 5 slices of bread, half the cheese, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk.
Blend on high until well mixed and frothy. Pour into a large bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients.
Pour second batch into large bowl with the first batch and whisk together until entire mixture is incorporated and frothy.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake 1 hour uncovered.
Salt and peppper to taste
